  • All registration requirements are included in the Congress Registration Form available on this website. The registration deadline is July 31st, 2025.

  • To register for attendance at the Congress, please follow the steps outlined below:
    1. Accessing the Registration Form:
     The Registration Form is available through the official Congress website under the "Login" section.
     The Form contains all necessary information, terms and requirements for successful registration.
    2. Preparing the Required Information:
     Please ensure that all required personal and professional details are readily available, including full name, job title, employing institution and contact information, in order to facilitate accurate completion of the Form.
     Indicate your preferred language for communication during the Congress.
    3. Submitting the Form:
     Once the Form has been completed accurately, please click "Submit" to finalize your registration.
    4. Registration Deadline:
     All registration procedures must be completed and the "Submit" button clicked no later than July 31st, 2025.
    5. Receiving a Visa Facilitation Letter:
     Based on the information provided in the Registration Form, the Accountability State Authority (ASA)- in its capacity as the hosting SAI- will issue the necessary Visa Facilitation Letters to obtain the Entry Visa for the Arab Republic of Egypt one week after the formal request thereof made as filling out the Registration Form (the relevant section).
    It is strongly recommended to commence the registration process as early as possible in order to ensure that all requirements are met within the designated timeframe.

  • According to Article (24) of the XXV INCOSAI Rules of Procedure, the number of persons allowed for each SAI delegation is as follows:
     Full Member SAIs: a maximum of (3) members.
     Chairs of Committees, Sub-Committees, Working Groups, and Task Forces: a maximum of (4) members per delegation.
     Governing Board Chair and Secretary General of INTOSAI: a maximum of (5) members per delegation.
     XXVI INCOSAI Host SAI: a maximum of (6) members per delegation.
     Associate and Affiliate members of INTOSAI as well as Observers: a maximum of (1) member per delegation.

  • Yes, the participation of (2) members in addition to the number allocated to each SAI delegation may be permitted, provided that an amount of 300 Euros is paid for each additional member, in accordance with what is stipulated in Article (24) of the approved XXV INCOSAI Rules of Procedure.

  • Yes, accompanying persons are permitted for each member SAI provided that a fee of EUR 330 is paid for each additional person, in accordance with Article (24) of the Rules of Procedure adopted for the XXV INCOSAI.
    Please note that only one (1) accompanying person is permitted for each SAI delegation (not for each delegation member) to attend the Official Dinner and Social Program.

  • Regarding the procedures for paying the prescribed fees for the participation of additional delegates/accompanying persons beyond the designated number thereof, payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account of the Accountability State Authority, as indicated in the official Registration Form. The amount might be paid either in euros directly, or in the equivalent of 300 euros in U.S. dollars, transferred to the designated ASA dollar account.
    Upon completing the transfer, you are kindly requested to upload the Bank Transfer Confirmation through the dedicated section of the Registration Form.
    Please note that the deadline for completing the registration procedures and paying off the fees for additional delegates and accompanying persons is July 31st, 2025. Adherence to this timeline is essential to allow fulfilling all logistical and organizational arrangements.

  • Kindly contact us by email at asa@incosai2025.eg , clearly indicating the name of the delegate to be replaced. This will allow us to facilitate the necessary updates and ensure that all relevant data for the new delegate is accurately modified and completed.

  • In the event of losing the official Congress identification badge, please proceed to the registration desk at the Congress venue.

  • Each SAI delegation is permitted to participate in the INTOSAI Goal Committee meetings during the Congress with a maximum of two delegates only.

  • The Congress will be held in an in-person format only.

  • The Congress activities can be followed (recorded) through this website and YouTube.

  • This is subject to the travel regulations of each country, and it is recommended to check with the Embassies and Consulates in each country regarding this matter.
    In all cases, the Accountability State Authority welcomes sending an Invitation Letter to facilitate the issuance of an Entry Visa after one week following as of requesting it (according to the relevant option on the Registration Form).

  • In general, travellers entering the Arab Republic of Egypt are not required to present Vaccination Certificates upon arrival. However, exceptions may apply to travellers arriving from certain countries or regions where specific infectious diseases are prevalent.
    All participants are strongly advised to verify the applicable health requirements based on their country of departure or transit before traveling to Egypt.
    For more information, please visit the official website of the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population at www.mohp.gov.eg , and consult the Egyptian Embassy or Consulate in your country.

  • Participants are welcome to stay in the Arab Republic of Egypt and benefit from the special rates offered at the designated hotels- available through the official Congress website- during the period from October 20th, 2025 to November 5th, 2025.
    To ensure access to these rates, please refer to the “Accommodation” section on the official Congress website.

  • Yes, the Accountability State Authority welcomes providing transportation services for all Congress participating delegations from Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport to the designated accommodation hotels, and from the hotels to the Congress venue as well as Social Program venues and back.

  • Yes, all the designated hotels have the necessary facilities, as does the Congress venue.

  • Booths will be provided to showcase products of SAIs; Chairs of key organs within INTOSAI.

  • Please send an email to the Accountability State Authority regarding this matter, so that the dates to be set for each application can be coordinated, no later than July 31st , 2025 via the email address: asa@incosai2025.eg

  • All Booths are equipped with an LED screen, a large table, chairs and a designated area for displaying products. Please provide the Accountability State Authority with any additional equipment, by July 31st , 2025, via email: asa@incosai2025.eg

  • If you plan to bring large-sized packages, it is essential to follow the approved diplomatic procedures to facilitate their entry into the Arab Republic of Egypt. This should be done by contacting your Embassy or Consulate in Egypt, which will coordinate with the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs through official channels to ensure the proper clearance and entry of such items.

  • Yes, an electronic space will be provided for this purpose via the website’s documents portal. Please provide the Accountability State Authority with the documents you wish to share via the email address: asa@incosai2025.eg

  • Yes, side events, bilateral meetings and roundtables will be held on the sidelines of the Congress. To ensure availability, please submit your requests for these events to the Accountability State Authority by July 31st , 2025, via email to: asa@incosai2025.eg

  • Simultaneous interpretation services will be provided in all INTOSAI official languages during the official proceedings of both the 79th Governing Board Meeting and Congress sessions.

  •  All official Congress events and dinner (October 30th, 2025): Formal attire.
     Welcome cocktail for Heads of SAIs (October 28th, 2025): Semi-Formal attire.
     Social Program events (November 1st, 2025): informal attire.

  • Photography is not permitted inside the halls during all official Congress events. Please coordinate with the Congress Media Center to obtain Congress-related media materials.

  • A first aid Clinic will be available at the Congress venue, and ambulances will be available during all Congress events for emergency cases. Sharm El-Sheikh International Hospital is approximately 16.5 km (15 minutes by car) from the Congress venue.

  •  The following trips will be offered as part of the Social Program:
    A Trip to St. Catherine/ A Safari Trip/ A Boat Trip.

  • Friday, November 1st, 2025 has been dedicated to be an extraordinary day for relaxation, enjoyment and exploration. Participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the natural beauty and rich history of Egypt through a thorough and diverse Social Program.
     The Program includes three unique optional excursions, each carefully designed to meet a variety of interests. Participants are invited to select one of these experiences during the registration process, as outlined below:

    1. Excursion to St. Catherine’s Monastery
    Depart in the early hours of the morning at 3:00 am, this journey will take you to the majestic heights of the Sinai Mountains, home to St. Catherine’s Monastery- one of the oldest and most sacred monasteries in the world. Witness a breath-taking sunrise from an altitude of 1,750 meters, followed by a serene retreat to the enchanting coastal town of Dahab, where the sea, sand and nature’s charm offer a perfect setting for relaxation.

    2. Red Sea Cruise
    This vibrant and refreshing experience begins at 8:00 am, setting sail across the turquoise waters of the Red Sea aboard a fully equipped boat. The cruise features two stops for swimming or snorkelling, allowing participants to explore magnificent coral reefs and abundant marine life- an invigorating and refreshing experience.

    3. Desert Safari Adventure
    Designed for those with a spirit of adventure, this Safari departs at 4:30 pm, taking participants deep into the Sinai Desert on double-seated quad bikes, guided by experienced professionals. Enjoy a mesmerizing sunset over the dunes, followed by a visit to a Bedouin camp, where participants will experience authentic Bedouin culture in a setting rich with hospitality and warmth.

    Important Note:
    Participants are kindly requested to select their preferred excursion (only one choice) during the registration process via the official Congress website, to ensure a seamless organization and an optimal experience.

  •  Maximum temperatures range between 25 and 30 degrees Celsius.
     Minimum temperatures range between 15 and 20 degrees Celsius.
